In contrast,
last week I turned down a request to review.
I replied
honestly, "Judging from the abstract, this article is on topics that I know
nothing about, and both it and your journal have nothing to do with the
subjects of any of my publications. I am surprised you would send it to me.
Please don't waste people's time with fake peer-review."
They replied, "Could you suggest a replacement reviewer?"
I replied, "No."

You won't name names?
It is one of these little for-profit publishers that makes money by accepting almost everything they are sent, for a large fee, and publishing it in journals the names of which are similar enough to real journals that one could possibly conflate them.
